Shipping and Return Policy
Our products are shipped within 2 weekdays from the day of order placement excluding during the time of public holidays in Nepal. We certainly notify you through an email during the holidays and ship your product once the holidays are over.
Shipping is exclusively performed from Nepal through Aramex and DHL. Once the product leaves our store we notify you through an email. The time interval between the product leaving our store and reaching your doorsteps takes 4-10 working days depending upon the location. The shipping might delay by a few days during the weekends.
For instance, it takes
- 4 days to the UAE
- 5 days to the USA
- 6 days to the UK
- 9 days to the Netherlands
Please make sure not to mention any PO Box number while filling the form since we have no provision to ship it to the PO Box.
Best Mad Honey team is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer alone.
The products travel a thousand miles before reaching you and there might be 1 in 100 cases that the products might be leaked, damaged, or lost. Please note that these are concerns beyond our hands. However, we provide you with a provision to reclaim the product. But, there are certain things to take into consideration;
- Make sure you send us an email or WhatsApp us with a full video and picture of the package delivered to your address. Make sure it is done right away.
- We will resend the same product to you without any additional charge for product.
- However, the shipping charge will be labeled to you (excluding the case of loss)
The picture and video sent by you will be thoroughly examined by our logistics team to confirm any damage. Any frauds or deceptions found will not be entertained. Return confirmation takes no longer than 2 days and the product is immediately dispatched.
