Conditions for Returns and Reshipping
We will promptly resend your product or provide assistance under the following circumstances:
- If the jar leaks during transit.
- If the product is lost in transit.
- If customer notice no perceived effect from the honey.
- If the product is continuously held in customs.
Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests made after this period.
Shipping Timelines:
We aim to process and ship all orders within 12–24 hours of payment confirmation. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to logistical constraints.
Address Changes:
Shipping address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications, and any reshipping due to incorrect address will be at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Restrictions:
If we are unable to ship to the destination country or location due to courier restrictions, customs limitations, or other external factors, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Delivery Failures:
If the shipping provider is unable to deliver due to incorrect/incomplete address, or unavailability of the recipient, we may offer reshipment using an alternate courier, subject to additional shipping charges.
Product Changes / Variant Switches:
Once an order is placed, product variants cannot be changed. Customers wishing to switch variants must cancel the original order (if within the cancellation window) and place a new one.
