Return and Refund Policy

At Best Mad Honey, we are committed to delivering high-quality products in secure packaging. However, if unforeseen issues arise during transit, we provide a simple and hassle-free resolution process to ensure customer satisfaction.


Conditions for Returns and Reshipping

We will promptly resend your product or provide appropriate assistance under the following circumstances:

  • If the jar leaks during transit (Please send clear photos to our team for verification)
  • If the product is lost in transit
  • If the product is continuously held in customs


    Please note that reshipping is allowed only once.

    Once purchased, refund will not be provided under any circumstances unless we are unable to ship to your destination.


Shipping & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • After this time frame, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
  • Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, we have no control over it. Therefore, cancellation or return requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests made after this period.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 12–24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to logistical constraints.

3. Address Changes

  • Shipping address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.
  • Any reshipping due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be at the customer’s expense.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • If we are unable to ship to your destination due to courier restrictions, customs limitations, or other external factors, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery Failures

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the shipment.


6. Product Changes / Variant Switches

  • Once an order is placed, product variants cannot be changed.
  • If you wish to switch variants, you must cancel the original order (if within the cancellation window) and place a new one.

7. Responsibility Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions.
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided for customer follow-up.
